Eat Like an Olympian: Yoghurt and Granola Craze
A nutritious breakfast of yoghurt topped with honey and crunchy granola. A recipe that is impossible to go wrong with – you even decide your own portions!
Ingredients
- Honey (Can be replaced with Strawberry/Mango Compote)
- Natural Non/Low Fat Yoghurt
- Granola • Nuts (Optional)
- Fresh or Dried Fruits (Optional)
- 15g Tomato Paste
Method
- In a cup or bowl, pour honey.
- Spoon in yoghurt.
- Top it off with granola.
- If desired, finish it off with some fresh/dried fruits.
Per Serving 458 cals, 2.7g fat, 15g protein, 93g carbs
